Registration for this one-and-a-half-day conference is USD$225. The registration fee includes
admission to the event, continental breakfasts, a networking lunch, a Climate Research Network
celebration/reception, break refreshments, program materials and proceedings.
All attendees must register in order to attend the meeting. Online registrations will be accepted
through November 1, 2008. Please click here to register online.
The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa or MasterCard. If paying by check, you must still register
online (www.regonline.com/plant08).
Simply mark that you will pay by "check." At the end, print a copy of
your registration and mail it in with your payment. Your registration will not be considered complete until
the funds are received, at which time you will be sent a registration confirmation (payment received).

On-site registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis; we will not be able to
guarantee your preferred roundtable group.

Registration will be considered complete when you have filled out the form in its entirely
and payment is received and processed. Once payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to November 1, 2008, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. There will be no
refunds for cancellations after November 1, 2008. All questions regarding cancellations
should be forwarded to lquinn@ucar.edu.
Speaker Registration
If you are a speaker or panelist, please contact lquinn@ucar.edu to register.
Press
All press must register to attend. If participating in the food functions, there is a registration fee of $150.00. Be sure to mark "press" on the online registration form. Press not attending food functions may contact lquinn@ucar.edu to register.
Students
A reduced registration fee of $150.00 has been set up for students who wish to attend the conference. Please be sure to mark "student" on the online registration form.
